These Terms of Service govern your use of VividPages, a software product of Round Table Strategy LLC ("we," "us," "our"), an independent technology company. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.
Software Vendor Notice: VividPages is a technology service, not an insurance product or advisory service. Round Table Strategy LLC also operates an insurance practice under Regie Durana. These are separate and independent activities. Purchasing VividPages does not create an insurance or advisory relationship. Nothing in this service or its AI-generated outputs constitutes insurance, legal, financial, or professional advice.
VividPages is a SaaS platform that converts PDF documents into interactive flipbooks with page-turning animations, immersive background scenes, and optional AI voice narration. You upload your PDFs, configure settings, and share links or embed codes.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. We use bcrypt password hashing and server-side session management to protect your credentials.
You retain ownership of all PDFs and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and serve that content through our platform. We do not sell, share, or use your content for any purpose other than providing the VividPages service.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, violates intellectual property rights, contains malware, or is intended to harm others. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If payment fails, your account may be downgraded after a grace period.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We recommend keeping your original PDF files as backups.
Voice narration is generated using third-party AI services. Voice quality, availability, and pricing of premium voices may change. Generated audio files are stored on our servers and associated with your account.
AI Accuracy Disclaimer: AI-generated narration and content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your specific use case. You must review all AI-generated content before sharing it with clients or distributing it publicly. Round Table Strategy LLC is not liable for errors or omissions in AI-generated outputs. AI narration does not constitute a professional opinion or endorsement of any product, policy, or strategy. When using VividPages for content related to insurance, finance, or regulated industries, you are solely responsible for ensuring all content meets applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
The VividPages platform, code, design, and brand are the property of Round Table Strategy LLC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of our service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Round Table Strategy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VividPages.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
